Come summer days and my cravings for Mocktails, Smoothies and Fizzies start a-visiting. I love trying out new mixes at home as well as at my hunger-dousers.
What I love abut Mocktails is the vast canvas of experimentation that they offer. For me the most important thing about making a Mocktail is taking care of the fine balance between the different tastes being mixed. I believe mocktails are easy to make and equally easy to go wrong with.
Devil's Kiss
Devil’s Kiss is a mocktail I tried in Bangalore and have never since forgotten the taste. A mix of Khus syrup, Sprite and a sliced Green Hot Chilly, the concoction is nothing short of Jealousy itself served in a glass. The fizz and cool-sweet nature of khus tempt you to take in more than a sip, but the chilly gives you a jolt on the taste-buds that you wont forget.
